If your looking for Lash Extensions or Body Waxing you came to the right place! DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENTS Final payments will be due in cash or with card on file. If paying cash please bring exact amount, I do not keep change. A $20 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to book your appointment for services 50+. Deposit will hold your appointment time and go towards your service. Deposits must be sent through my online booking site. REFUND POLICY All lash and waxing services are NON-REFUNDABLE. REGARDING LASH EXTENSIONS: Please notify me of any issues or if you are unhappy for any reason within 48 HOURS AFTER your scheduled appointment. I will make it right and offer a complementary touch up or removal at MY next soonest appointment. I am not responsible for any issues due to improper after care. Refunds are not issued in the event of an allergic reaction, however, I will remove them for you FREE of charge if a reaction occurs. LASH FILL POLICY No foreign fills. I will not do any fills over another lash artists work. If you come to your appointment with lash extensions on from another artist, there will be an addidtional fee of $20 to remove your extensions prior to your new set! Fills must be scheduled within 3 weeks of previous appointment and you must have 40% of lash extensions remaining. Anything over 3 weeks and less than 40% will be considered a full set. Please schedule fills in advanced to avoid scheduling conflict. If you come to your fill appointment with alot of colored lashes from your previous appointment that have not out grown and do not need to be removed and you want to change the color to a different color there will be an additional $5 fee for removing the colored lashes you have on to replace them with new ones! BEFORE YOUR LASH APPOINTMENT No Caffeine 3 hours prior to your appointment. Please come with clean lashes (no makeup, moisturizers or any type of glue on lashes) or a $20 cleaning fee will be charged. If you wear contacts, please remove them, prior to your appointment. You may want to shower before your appointment as you cannot get lashes wet for 24 hours after application. Please dress comfy, full sets can take 2-3 hours depending on your lashes.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% CANCELLATION/NO SHOW FEE (of your remaining balance) for any NO-SHOW or CANCELLATIONS within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
If you are running a few minutes late please text me and let me know. My grace period is 10 minutes. You will only have until the 10th minute to be on my bed and ready to be serviced, if you are not on my bed on the 11th minute, I will cancel your appointment and mark it as a NO-SHOW, charge your card on file and will not be able to take you.
New deposit is required to rebook after your missed appointment, or if you canceled within the 24 hours of your original appointment time.
